Hi there!
After a very long time without any notices on development, I am proud to announce that Textmotion 1.3 has met its main goals and it's stable enough to be used within a production environment
I've put a lot of effort on improving user interface and design ;), also, the package manager has been completed and some medium-severity security issues have been patched too. Thanks to Arturo Zamora for responsible disclosing some of them to us and thanks to all our beta testers for providing us with very valuable information and suggestions regarding usability.
Within the next few weeks, documentation for designers, programmers and translators will be available. I suggest you to subscribe to our rss feed to stay informed of what is being developed here in Astrata.
I encourage you to check out our demo or download Textmotion 1.3, it just rocks!

Features The second release of Textmotion is now available for download.
Many improvements were made to the user interface, the package manager is now finished and fully functional, using the package manager you'll be able to install new features without leaving your site's admin panel, well, I can say a lot of things about Textmotion, but I think I'd be better for you to test our demo ;).
Here's an screenshot of the package manager:
Thanks!

Features Hi!
This is the website of TextMotion, a written-from-scratch CMS for PHP5 and MySQL, this is the evolution of a former experiment named Gekko. We applied many things we learned while developing the former project, and here are we now :).
We use Google Code to manage our project, and it is damn good.
Please take a look at our downloads page and get a copy of our first public release .
The major part of our software is available under a MIT license , including the core.
We use a great set of Javascript widgets that are fully integrated into TextMotion, Meteora from Astrata Software .
We are planning to setup a demo and many other things on the next days, if you have any suggestions or if you'd like to contribute we encourage you to talk with us, we are at #textmotion on the irc.freenode.org network in either English or Spanish at the moment.
Hope you like our software!
